* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Alvera Heil
Alvera M. Heil, 91, 1022 E. Spring St., St. Marys, died at 3:50 a.m. Jan. 13, 2007, at Heritage Manor Nursing Center, Minster.
She was born Nov. 3, 1915, near New Knoxville, to Arthur and Hulda Schrolucke Schroer. On Oct. 16, 1937, she married Orville Heil, who died Feb. 21, 1976.
Survivors are a sister, Ruth Tangeman, St. Marys.
Deceased is an infant brother, Alfred Schroer.
She worked at the former St. Marys Laundry and was a housekeeper with Long & Folk Funeral Homes, St. Marys and Wapakoneta. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ and its sewing circle, St. Marys.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home High Street Chapel, St. Marys, the Rev. John W. Tostrick officiating. Burial will follow at German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
'  Calling is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
