Photo by Mark Pummell/The Daily Standard

The Beaver Creek is out of its banks and flowing over Meyer Road near WCSM this morning. The National Weather Service issued a flood advisory for all of Mercer County for today, due to an additional 1/4 to 1/2 inch of rain expected today on top of already saturated ground. Local weather forecaster Dennis Howick said normal rainfall for all of January in the Grand Lake area is 2.17 inches. This weekend and overnight rain totaled 2.24 inches alone.
