* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Roma Rosenbeck
Roma Mary Rosenbeck, 91, of E. Main St., Coldwater, died at 3:15 a.m. Jan. 16, 2007, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater.
She was born May 21, 1915, in Houston, to Harley and Elizabeth Ann Welch Holbert. In 1944, she married David L. Rosenbeck, who died March 31, 1998.
Survivors are two sons, Paul (Sue), Delta, and Joe (Bert), New Bremen; two daughters, Cathy (Paul) Streacker, Coldwater, and Mary (Paul) Hurley, Lima; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Calvin and Billy Holbert and a sister, Doris McCloskey.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and its ladies Rosary Altar Sodality, Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
