* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Cynthia Harner
Cynthia L. Harner, 67, 1110 Motz St., St. Marys, died at 9:27 a.m. Jan. 31, 2007, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
She was born July 10, 1939, in St. Marys, to Willard and Louise Davis Arnold. On Jan. 25, 1958, she married Dwight Harner Jr., who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Dwight III and Drew, both of St. Marys; two daughters, April (Kevin) Hoel, St. Marys, and Angela (Mike) Jaeger, Celina; a brother, Charles W. Arnold, St. Marys; nine grandchildren and a great-grandson.
She was a homemaker and 1957 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys. She attended George Washington University, Washington, D.C.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Charles Ritchmyer officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
