* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Hershel Sowders
Hershel L. Sowders, 68, 680 N. Walnut St., Celina, died Feb. 13, 2007, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 9, 1939, in Pruden, Tenn., to Jacob and Rosa Hackney Sowders. On August 6, 1956, he married Alphie Hamblin, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Kimberly (David) Shouse and Jane (James) Sweigart, all of Celina; three stepbrothers, Dick (Rita) Fetters, Bryan, and Ronnie (Becky) Fetters and Jerry (Judy) Fetters, all of Celina; three stepsisters, Jeanette (Chuck) Zimmerman and Judy Martin, all of Celina, and Pam Kovar, Columbus.
Deceased are a daughter, Deborah Sowders; a sister, Laquita J. Sowders, and a stepbrother, Rex Fetters.
He retired from the former New Idea plant in Coldwater, and graduated from Celina High School. He was a member of Calvary Christian Fellowship Church, St. Marys, and American Legion Post 210, Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
