* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Billie Jo Evans
Billie Jo Evans, 72, of Van Wert, died at 2:35 p.m. Feb. 18, 2007, at Van Wert County Hospital.
She was born July 28, 1934, in Delaware County, Ind., to Charles Reed and Marilda Eileen Roberds Wallace. On June 22, 1974, she married Donald Dean Evans, who survives in Van Wert.
Also surviving are two sons, Richard R. (Betty Jo) Moulton, Converse, Ind., and Michael L. (Tina) Moulton, Van Wert; a stepson, Terry A. (Janice) Evans, Portland, Ind.; a stepdaughter, Shelly L. (James) Gidley, Carmel, Ind; two brothers, James L. (Lee) Wallace Sr., Kennesaw, Ga., and Charles (Betty) Wallace, Englewood; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Lewis L. and Vernon R. Wallace.
She retired as a school teacher in Indiana and 30 years at Celina City Schools. She was a member of Fairmount Friends Church in Indiana. She also was a life member and past state commander of Van Wert County Unit 54 of the Disable American Veterans Auxiliary and Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Post 5803, where she held numerous offices. She also was a state Veterans Affairs voluntary service associate representative to the VA Medical Center, Fort Wayne, Ind., and a life member of the American Legion in Van Wert, and the Ohio Retired Teachers Association.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home and Crematory, Van Wert, the Rev. Paul Miller officiating. Burial is at Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with a memorial service led by the VFW and D.A.V. at 7 p.m.
