St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Phyllis Rasawuhr
Phyllis I. Rasawuhr, 86, 11160 Gallman Road, Mendon, died at 10:20 a.m. Feb. 24, 2007, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born March 26, 1920, in Wabash, to Ernest and Mary Stolz Stein. On June 12, 1943, she married Ralph E. Rasawuhr, who died March 28, 1995.
Surviving are a son, Daniel, Mendon; two daughters, Martha (Lowell) Krick, Mendon, and Mary (Jim) Sutter, Fort Recovery; three brothers, Paul and Kenneth Stein, both of Mendon, Eugene Stein, Spencerville, and Dale Stein, of Texas; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers; a sister; and a great-grandchild.
She retired from the former Huffy Bicycle Co. plant, Celina, and was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Celina, and its women's sewing group.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Arthur Wilde officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, and after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
