Area anglers cast their lines in Beaver Creek near the Grand Lake spillway on Wednesday afternoon as temperatures climbed to a sunny 37 degrees. Fishing won't be so comfortable today with rain and thunderstorms expected most of the day; flood watches were issued overnight. The high today will be 50. Rain, snow and a high of 38 is expected Friday, according to local weather forecaster Dennis Howick.
