* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Alvina Heyne
Alvina Heyne, 99, 5369 state Route 29, Celina, died at 3:05 p.m. March 13, 2007, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born March 19, 1907, in Cranberry Prairie, to Casper and Elizabeth Geise Reier. On May 11, 1927, she married Frank Heyne, who died Nov. 11, 1980.
Surviving are four sons, Lester (Rosie), Ralph and Earl (Ruth), all of Celina, and Oscar (Nancy), Bluffton, Ind.; a son-in-law, Harry Eckrote, Berne, Ind.; two daughters, Rosy Albright and Joyce Flinn, both of Celina; 29 grandchildren, 85 great-grandchildren and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Norma Jean Eckrote; five brothers, Bill, Fred, Leo, Laurance and Herman Reier; two sisters, Agnes Siefring and Anna Hemmelgarn; four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, its Ladies Rosary Altar Sodality and Immaculate Conception Quilting Club.
Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Richard Riedel officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater, and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
