* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Claire Tobin
Claire C. Tobin, 81, 4700 Coldwater Creek Road, Celina, died at 2:05 a.m. April 5, 2007, at Mercer County Community Hospital.
She was born May 5, 1925, in Coldwater, to Jacob and Bernadine Spoltman Huwer. On May 27, 1948, she married Joseph Tobin, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Ken (Dorothy), Coldwater, Mark (Jill), Fort Recovery, and Dan, Celina; a daughter, Carole (Allan) Bilger, White Pigeon, Mich.; a brother, Hap Huwer, Coldwater; two sisters-in-law, Vera Huwer, Rockford, and Alma Huwer, Coldwater; 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Carl; three brothers, Herbert, Ralph and Paul Huwer; and two sister, Leona Huwer and Rosemary Wenning.
She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina.
Funeral Mass is 2 p.m. Tuesday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, the Rev. Daniel Schmitmeyer officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 12:30-1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
