Marvin Muhlenkamp
Marvin B. Muhlenkamp, 82, 8082 E. 600 N., Bryant, Ind., died at 2:05 a.m. April 8, 2007, at his residence due to a extended illness.
He was born Feb. 24, 1925, in Bryant, Ind., to August and Olivia Schroer Muhlenkamp. On July 9, 1949, he married Delores Klenke, who survives.
Also surviving are eight sons, Richard (Bonnie), Kevin (Linda), Rodney (Holly), Charles (Betty), Joseph (Connie) and Roger, all of Bryant, Ind., Harold (Nancy) and Jeff (Janice) all of Geneva, Ind.; three daughters, Phyllis (Kim) Newton, Portland, Ind., Pat (Jim) Guggenbiller, Celina, and Pam (Matt) Tebbe, Fort Recovery; two brothers, Gilbert (Edna), Celina, and Robert (Bernie), Fort Recovery; two sisters, Marceil (John) Alig, Portland, Ind., and Elizabeth (Shawn) Kirkpatrick, Middletown; and 41 grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, John; and a sister, Edna Rauh.
He retired as a dairy and grain farmer. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Bryant, Ind., St. Joseph Men's Society of the church and the Catholic Order of Foresters. He served as a board member of the Fort Recovery Equity and was a seed dealer for Dekalb, Callahan and LG Seed Companies.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. David Hoying officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-9 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:45 a.m. Wednesday at Brockman & Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
