* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kirk Kuenning
Kirk A. Kuenning, 47, 247 N. Lincoln St., Minster, died at 10:57 a.m. Sunday at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo. Death was due to an aneurysm.
He was born Jan. 24, 1960, in Dayton, to Frank and Trudy Schwieterman Kuenning. His mother survives in Concord, N.H.; his father and stepmother, Jeanie, survive in New Bremen. On Nov. 26, 1987, he married Kristine Gaier, who also survives.
Other survivors include a daughter, Brooke, at home; a stepdaughter, Deanna (Kyle) Levengood, Bradenton, Fla.; and two brothers, Keith (Tess), and Kevin, all of Concord.
He was a salesman for Post Printing, Minster, for 22 years, and formerly worked at J.C. Penney in Toledo and Celina until 1985. A 1978 graduate of New Bremen High School and a 1980 graduate of the University of Toledo, he was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge 1391, Minster, and the Minster Civic Association, of which he was a past secretary. He also was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Friday at the church, the Revs. Rick Nieberding and Rob Jack officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-9:30 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
Contributions can be made to his daughter's college education fund.
