* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Friday to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Linda Kirsch
Linda Campbell Kirsch, 60, formerly of Rockford, died April 9, 2007. Death was due to an automobile accident near Birmingham, Ala.
Arrangements are pending at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford.
