* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Friday to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Hanging in the window is the proposed renovation of the former Howell's IGA. Crown Equipment Corp., which owns the former Howell's IGA, plans to renovate the existing two-story brick section of the building and add more space.
