* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donald Jutte
Formerly of Fort Recovery, Dr. Donald L. Jutte, 54, Cincinnati, died April 25, 2007, at Jewish Hospital, of Cincinnati, following an extended illness.
He was born March 20, 1953, in Coldwater, to Johnnie and Luella Wendel Jutte. His mother is deceased, and his father and stepmother, Joanne, survive in Celina.
Also surviving are two sons, Jonathon and Tyler, both of Cincinnati; a daughter, Caitlin, Cincinnati; and a sister, Charlene (Jim) Westgerdes, Fort Recovery.
He was a plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Cincinnati from 1986 to 2002. A 1971 graduate of Fort Recovery High School, he also graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College in Cleveland and the University of Cincinnati Medical College. He completed his plastic surgery fellowship at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tenn. He was a member of Guardian Angels Catholic Church, Cincinnati.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Brockman & Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, the Rev. John Parker officiating. Burial will follow at St. Peter Cemetery, St. Peter. A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Cincinnati church.
Calling is 9-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Dr. Donald Jutte Memorial Fund in care of the Fort Recovery Foundation.
