* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Lawrence Jordan
Lawrence E. Jordan, 79, formerly of 800 Touvelle St., Celina, died at 11 a.m. April 30, 2007, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born April 27, 1928, in Fairview Village, to Bertram and Helen Carr Jordan. He married Loretta McDaniel, who died May 25, 2005.
Surviving are two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Nora Jean Jordan.
He retired from Sheller-Globe Corp, was a 1946 graduate of Elida High School and was a member of Abounding Grace Ministries, Celina.
Services are noon Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Rick Brosher officiating.
Calling is 11 a.m. to noon Saturday at the funeral home.
