Vivian Hole
Former Celina resident Vivian M. Hole, 86, 1840 W. High St., Piqua, died at 1:55 a.m. May 10, 2007, at Piqua Manor Nursing Home.
She was born March 29, 1921, in Rosewood, to John and Nora Ellen Covault Purk. On July 31, 1939, she married Jack D. Hole, who survives.
Also surviving are a brother, Richard (Darlene) Purk, Sebring, Fla.; and a sister, Ruth Bryan, Piqua.
Deceased are two infant twin daughters, three brothers and two sisters.
She retired in 1988 as adult services director at Riverside of Miami County, was a 1939 graduate of Piqua Central High School, attended Edison State Community College and was a member of Montezuma Church of Christ, Eastern Star Chapter 320 of Piqua and Association for Retarded Citizens of Miami County.
Services are 2 p.m. Monday at Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home, Piqua, the Rev. Kevin Newman officiating. Burial is at Fletcher Cemetery, Fletcher.
Calling is 1-2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Karen Scholz, 53, 5289 S. White Road, Brimley, Mich., died at 11:11 a.m. May 10, 2007, at her sister's residence in Montezuma. Death was due to natural causes. [More]
