* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until noon EDT today.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusts of 30 to 40 mph will be common, but the highest gusts near 50 mph will be sporadic. Gusts will decrease behind a cold front that will move through the area this morning.

Lawrence Brookhart
Lawrence Bryce Brookhart, 69, 8201 state Route 219, Montezuma, died at 9:25 p.m. May 15, 2007, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born Aug. 28, 1937, in Coldwater, to Lawrence and June Kerns Brookhart. On Oct. 17, 1959, he married Eileen Wynk, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are five sons, Michael (Carol), Coldwater, Tom (Heidi), Waynesfield, Ron (Cathy), Montezuma, David (Susan), Merrimac, Mass., and Todd (Jenny), St. Henry; two brothers, Merl (Margie), Celina, and Rex (Margie), St. Henry; two sisters, Orpha (Rol) Hinton, Celina, and Emily (Tom) Osterholt, Portland, Ind.; three sisters-in-law, Lee, Montezuma, Betty, Coldwater, and Marcieta, Celina; 12 grandchildren, a stepgrandchild and two stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Gordon, Dane and Leon.
He retired after 47 years at Midmark, Versailles, and was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma, and South Shore Sportsman Club.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. James Dugal officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
