Dominga Gonzalez
Dominga G. Gonzalez, 78, 5078 Monroe Road, Celina, died at 12:05 a.m. May 18, 2007, at her home.
She was born Aug. 19, 1928, in Alamo, Texas, to Victor and Juanita Cantu Gonzalez. On Nov. 19, 1949, she married Guillermo Gonzalez, who is deceased.
Surviving are five sons, Rogelio (Felicia) and Eraclio (Teresa), all of Celina, Estevan (Beverly), Sioux City, Iowa, Roberto (Connie), New Lebanon, and Jose (Janis), Glendale, Ariz.; four daughters, Elilia (Kevin) Bell, Mendon, Rosemary (Cornelio) Reyes, Ligonier, Ind., and Maria Diana (Jesse) Contreras and Maria Elena Rodriguez, all of Celina; a stepson, Leon, Houston, Texas; a brother, Lizandro, Childress, Texas; seven sisters, Antonia Vega, Macedonia Guajardo and Elvira Garcia, all of Chinanl, Mexico, Victoria Trevino, Peoria, Ill., Eudelia of San Antonio, Texas, and Igancia Rodriguez and Maria Elena Rodriguez, both of Celina; 24 grandchildren, seven stepgrandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and eight stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are five brothers, Vicente, Vicente Guadalupe, Victor, Roberto and Liborid; and two sisters, Trinidad and Juanita.
She was a homemaker and member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Brenberger officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
