* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Lucille Homan
Lucille E. Homan, 84, 8278 Brookman Road, Chickasaw, died at 10:05 p.m. May 20, 2007, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
She was born Jan. 27, 1923, in Coldwater, to Louis A. and Rosa Spoltman Mescher. On Aug. 10, 1949, she married Stanley J. Homan, who died May 21, 2000.
Surviving are four sons, Thomas (Ann Mary), Tipp City, Jim (Jan), Charlotte, N.C., Ted (Nancee), Chickasaw, and Don (Kay), New Bremen; five daughters, Pat (Jerry) Stachler, St. Henry, Nancy, Colorado Springs, Colo., Linda (Tony) Broering and Janet (Ted) Heitkamp, all of Maria Stein, and Kris (Dennis) Pax, Piqua; a brother, Linus (Joan) Mescher, Celina; a sister, Pauline Ruschau, St. Marys; 30 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers, Carl, Ralph, Wilfred and Donald Mescher; and a brother-in-law, Jerome Ruschau.
She was a homemaker, a member of Precious Blood Church, Chickasaw, and its Ladies Sodality and a former member of Caring Ministry of the church.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev . Kenneth Schroeder officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
