Work continues on the first phase of the Celina Rotary Walkway. Contractors have moved to the north end of the path, where only a short leg will be built during the first phase. A portion of Grand Lake is being filled in to make room for the concrete path and a grassy strip. City officials eventually plan a continuous, mile-long path along West Bank Road and will continue to seek additional funding for the project.
