* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Carol Love
Former Celina resident Carol Love, 70, of Downey, Calif., died at 11:15 p.m. June 5, 2007, at St. Marys Hospital, Victorville, Calif.
She was born April 29, 1937, to Jack Everett and Madyline Grechan Folck Love. On May 12, 1958, she married John Reier, who died Jan. 23, 2006.
Surviving are two sons, Carl C. Swartz, Celina, and Mike H. Swartz, Phoeniz, Ariz.; four daughters, Jacklyn (Mike) Place and Patty (Tony) Poire, all of Victorville, Karen (Craig) Kempton, Fairfax, Minn., and Jeannie Swartz, Delphos; 15 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Jack Edward Swartz.
She was employed for several years at the St. Marys Cotton Mill.
Private family services will be held Saturday.
There will be no calling hours.
Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, has charge of local arrangements.
