* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gordon Linn
Gordon L. Linn, 81, 910 Briar Lane, Celina, died June 15, 2007, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 8, 1925, in Mercer County, to Clarence and Margaret Fickert Linn. On Sept. 17, 1955, he married Janet Stysiak, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, David, Celina.
He retired as an accountant at Pre-Finished Metals Co., Elk Grove, Ill. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Celina; the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, Celina, and Exulted Ruler of Elks and treasurer in Elmhurst, Ill.; and Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity. He was a 1943 graduate of Celina High school and earned a business management degree from Ohio State University.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Paul Baglien officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to services on Thursday.
