* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ruth MacDonald
Ruth MacDonald, 82, of state Route 29, Celina, died June 27, 2007, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born in 1924 in Coldwater to Ed and Mary Hausfeld. She was married for 60 years to Joseph MacDonald, who survives.
Surviving are three daughters, Cindy Felver, Huber Heights, Sue (Richard Rossiter), Cincinnati, and Carol (Tom) Hone, Celina; and seven grandchildren.
Deceased are five brothers, Ben, Louis, Linus, Paul and Jim Hausfeld; and a sister, Rita Bonifas.
She retired as an administrative assistant at Cheryl Ann School, Celina, and also worked as a bookkeeper for Francis Furniture, Celina. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, and its Altar Rosary Society, Daughters of Isabella, parish council and CPPS Companions.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Kenneth Schroeder officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, CPPS Missions Fund, Office of Mission Advancement, Cincinnati Province or Missionaries of the Precious Blood.
