* WHERE...Western Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 714 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

At 709 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Ohio City, moving southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Chattanooga, Kossuth, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, and Bulkhead.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.

Ann Tangeman
Ann H. Tangeman, 96, of Coldwater, died July 2, 2007, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater.
She was born Nov. 1, 1910, in St. Henry, to Joseph and Katherine Barther Losekamp. On Jan. 19, 1939, she married Clarence "Pete" Tangeman, who died July 28, 2002.
Surviving are two sons, Robert, Coldwater, and Richard (Marcia), Lambertville, Mich.; a daughter, Mary Kay (Paul) Dapore, Versailles; a daughter-in-law, Judy, Charleston, S.C.; three sisters: Mary Knapke, Dayton, and Henrietta Henry and Rita Feltz, St. Henry; seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, five stepgreat-grandchildren and five stepgreat-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, James; two brothers, Fred and Bernard; and a grandson.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, and its St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality and St. Cecelia Knights of St. John Auxiliary.
She was a homemaker and had worked at the former Buckeye Overall, Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Dan Schmitmeyer officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
