* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

R. Louise Allman

R. Louise Allman, 83, of St. Marys, died at 7:08 p.m. July 4, 2007, at St. Marys Living Center. The cause of death was cancer.

She was born April 22, 1924, in Highland County, to Cecil Wells and Hattie Egbert. Her husband of 26 years, Bert C. Allman, died Oct. 5, 2006.

Surviving are a son, Garry (Jean) Mayhugh, Kansas City, Kan.; two daughters, Sharon (Richard) Trenkamp, Fort Jennings, and Lynn (Harold) Walker, Lakeview; a stepson, Albert Brian, St. Katherine, Canada; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren and two stepgreat-grandchildren.

Deceased is a brother, Lyman Rhodes.

She was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Post 9289, St. Marys, and the After Five Dinner Club.

Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Bruce Head officiating. Burial is at Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima.

Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. The VFW Women's Auxiliary will perform a service at 4 p.m. Sunday.

Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society or a local hospice.
