* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

L. Jane Miller
L. Jane Miller, 91, 8041/2 Vine St., Coldwater, died at 3:50 a.m. June 7, 2007, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater.
She was born Sept. 4, 1915, in Lima, to Daniel and Mary Kirk Gilbert. On May 27, 1945, she married Robert L. Miller, who died July 20, 2006.
Surviving are a son, Glen (Diana) Miller, Wapakoneta; a daughter, Jackie (Gary) "Ted" Knapke, Coldwater; and five grandchildren.
Deceased is a grandchild.
She retired as a secretary from City Loan, Lima, and was a secretary for the American Red Cross. She was a 1933 graduate of Lima Central Catholic School and a member of Coldwater United Methodist Church.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Allen Brown officiating. Burial is at Green Lawn Cemetery, Wapakoneta.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
