Donna Harner

Former Mendon resident Donna L. Harner, 85, died at 10:55 a.m. July 15, 2007, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.

She was born July 22, 1921, in Van Wert County, to Eli and Minnie Upp Albright. On Dec. 17, 1941, she married Kenneth M. Harner, who died Dec. 14, 2002.

Surviving are a son, Barry L. (Sheryl), Mendon; three daughters, Sauny Hone (Stan) Rockey, Loveland, Kendra Craft, Celina, and Karen Sue Murphy, Mendon; three brothers, Robert (Clara) Albright, St. Marys, Dale Albright, Bluffton, and Bill (Jan) Albright, Celina; seven grandchildren, three stepgrandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and five stepgreat-grandchildren.

Deceased are two twin sons, and a brother, Harvey Albright.

She was a homemaker, a 1939 graduate of Spencerville High School and a member of the Mendon United Methodist Church, Mendon.

Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Charles Eagle officiating. Burial is at the Mendon Cemetery.

Calling is 2-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
