* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until noon EDT today.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusts of 30 to 40 mph will be common, but the highest gusts near 50 mph will be sporadic. Gusts will decrease behind a cold front that will move through the area this morning.

Rebecca Poynter makes a face as family members discuss the scare they felt when the 21/2-year-old was diagnosed with a high level of lead poisoning when she was just 12 months old. Although not conclusive, the family and the child's doctors suspect their previous home likely was the source of lead that poisoned the child and continues to be a threat to her health.
