* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Helen Bornhorst
Helen H. Bornhorst, 89, 25 Sawmill Road, Apt. 3, Fort Loramie, died at 10:18 a.m. Aug. 2, 2007, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minster.
She was born March 12, 1918, in McCartyville to Anton and Anna Garmann Winner. On Aug. 7, 1942, she married Urban "Barney" Bornhorst, who died July 15, 2003.
Surviving are three sons, Tom (Margaret), West Palm Beach, Fla., David (Mary), Mt. Pleasant, S.C., and Tony (Dina), Dublin; a brother, Orville "Bud" (Annie) Winner, Minster; a sister Sally Mathes, Dayton; a sister-in-law, Eileen Winner, Fort Loramie; and eight grandchildren and one greatgrandchild.
Deceased are three brothers, Raymond, Clarence "Pete" and Tony Winner; and two sisters, Alvina Olding and Rosie Winner, who died in infancy.
She was a homemaker and member of St. Michael Church in Fort Loramie.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating. Burial is at Sacred Heart Cemetery, McCartyville.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
