* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ashley Whitaker of Kenton does not mind preparing snow cones in the midst of 90-degree weather at the Mercer County Fair on Tuesday. She and her mother, Lori Root, operate the Chili Pepper Cafe which serves tacos and nachos as well as the cool delights.
