St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

John Diegel
John Diegel, 82, 518 Echo St., Celina, died at 8:45 p.m. Aug. 8, 2007, at Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
He was born July 31, 1925, in Mendon, to Lester and Hazel Price Diegel.
Surviving are two sons, Monte (Roberta) and Anthony, Celina; a brother, Dillon (Beverly), Lebanon; a sister, Marilyn (Richard) Hesse, Mendon; and six grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother Ganell.
He retired after 40 years from the former New Idea Plant, Coldwater.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Randy Christian officiating. Burial is at Mendon Cemetery.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
