* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

It's a perfect fall day as crowds of people stroll the Lake Loramie State Park on Sunday during the annual Lake Loramie Fall Festival held this past weekend. The weather perfectly fit the event - cool temperatures and sunshine - as visitors shopped dozens of arts and craft vendors and enjoyed a variety of food and music.
