* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dallas Mobley
Dallas Evelyn Mobley, 94, 124 Dickman Drive, St. Marys, died at 6:55 p.m. Sept. 23, 2007, at her residence.
She was born April 27, 1913, in LaFollette, Tenn., to George and Dolly Bryan Reed. On Sept. 6, 1929, she married John Henry Mobley, who died Oct. 16, 1959.
Surviving are three sons, Harvey (JoLou), Wendell (Vivian) and Leland "Woody" (Shirlene), all of St. Marys; two daughters, Wilma Pruitt, St. Marys, and Joyce (Vernon) Steele, Wapakoneta; a brother, Junior (Joyce) Reed, Pruden, Tenn.; two sisters, Dorothy Marsee, Celina, and Thelma Urich, Lincoln Park, Mich.; 19 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren and 55 great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Marie Dotson; a grandson and three great-grandchildren.
She was a homemaker and had worked at the former Happy Humpty and LaGrande Pizza businesses in St. Marys.
Services are 11 a.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. John Mobley officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
