* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donald Harris
Donald "Donnie" Harris, 72, 7681 Harris Road, Celina, died at 7:31 a.m. Oct. 2, 2007, at Van Wert County Hospital.
He was born Nov. 4, 1934, in Center Township to Delbert Dale and Erma Overley Harris. On Nov. 16, 1984, he married Mary Schroer, who survives.
Other survivors are three sons, Michael, St. Marys, Mark, Neptune, and James (Brenda), Spencerville; two stepsons, Rodney (Kelli) Rider, Rockford, and David (Niki) Rider, Celina; two daughters, Vickie, Celina, and Donna (Keith) Hibner, New Bremen; a sister, Thelma (Roger) Burrows, Celina; 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two grandchildren and a stepgreat-grandchild.
He retired from the former Huffy Bicycle Corp. and worked at Schroyer Trucking, both of Celina, and the St. Marys Fertilizer plant. A 1952 graduate of the former Neptune High School, he was a member of the Old Fashioned Farmers, Buckeye Antiques and Tri State Gas & Steam Engines.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Robert King officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
