* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Eleanor Napier
Eleanor Napier, 72, 319 Cherry St., St. Marys, died at 4:56 p.m. Oct. 9, 2007, at the Wapakoneta Manor Nursing Home.
She was born May 24, 1935, in Pineville, Ky., to Buster Jewel and Ruby Gibson Sharp. Her mother survives in St. Marys. Her husband, Charles Napier, is deceased.
Surviving are two sons, Michael (Jane) and Roger (Verda), both of St. Marys; a daughter, Rosalie (Robert) Carpenter, St. Marys; two brothers, Billy Sharp, Pineville, Ky., and Benny (Cathy), Toledo; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She retired from the production department at the former Huffy Bicycle Corp. plant in Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens near Moulton.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Friday and after 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
