* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Darrell Perry
Darrell Perry, 52, 537 Touvelle St., lot 73, Celina, died Oct. 20, 2007, at his home. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born Jan. 4, 1955, in Celina, to William A. and Sarah Marie Adkins Perry, who are deceased. On June 20, 2001, he married Diane Bowerman, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Darrell G. II, Corbin, Ky.; two daughters, Melisa, address unknown, and Alisha, Corbin, Ky.; a stepson, James Braden, Wapakoneta; two stepdaughters, Nikki Braden, Celina, and Stephanie Braden, Wapakoneta; four brothers, Billy, Rockford, Bob and Danny, of Celina, and Gary, of Kentucky; and a sister, Sue Cross, of Florida.
Deceased are three brothers, Norman, Eugene and Edward.
He was a heavy equipment operator and a member of the NASCAR fan club.
Private graveside services will be held Wednesday at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina, the Rev. Rick Hilton officiating.
Arrangements are being handled by Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
