* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Margaret Smalley
Celina native Margaret Smalley, 84, Fairborn, died Oct. 21, 2007.
She was born May 13, 1923, to Jerome and Adelaide Grothjan. In 1947, she married Marcus Smalley, who is deceased.
Surviving are three sons: Jerome, Joseph and Charles (Cheryl) Smalley; two daughters: Sheila (Chris) DeSimio and Marcia (Daniel) Ketcha; a brother, Harry (Emily) Grothjan; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Cynthia Wagner, and two infant sons, Thomas and John.
A graduate of Immaculate Conception High School in Celina, she graduated in 1944 from St. Elizabeth Hospital School of Nursing. She was the school nurse for 19 years at Five Points Elementary and Junior High School, Fairborn.
A Mass of Christian Burial is at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Mary Help of Christians Church in Fairborn. Calling is one hour before the mass at the church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Benevolent Society of St. Leonards, 8100 Clyo Road, Centerville.
Arrangements are by Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn.
