* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

The receipt that former city auditor Pat Smith collected from former elections deputy director Diana Grile in August of 2003 acknowledged she received the map of the new city limits. The old city limits are in red. The annexed part outlined in black includes Lakeview Drive. The odd wedge in the center was not annexed and is still a part of Jefferson Township. The photo was taken in the city auditor's office.
