The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Jeanette Myers
Former Celina resident Jeanette G. Myers, 80, of Upper Arlington, died Nov. 13, 2007, at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.
She was born March 14, 1927, in Cumberland, Md., to Lawrence "Mac" McKinley and Golda Daugherty Davis. On June 2, 1949, she married Don L. Myers, who died Oct. 5, 1985.
Surviving are two sons, Douglas (Debby), Dublin, and Brad, Columbus; a brother, Larry (Janet), Naples, Fla.; a sister, Betty (Niles) Amey, Defiance; three granddaughters and a great-granddaughter.
Deceased is a sister, Mary Jo Wise.
She was a graduate of Celina High School and Bowling Green State University. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Celina.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Paul Baglien officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. Sunday at Schoedinger Northwest Chapel, Columbus, where a sharing of memories will be held at 4 p.m. Calling also is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
Contributions can be made to the American Heart Association, Columbus, the American Cancer Association of Mercer County or the memorial fund at the Celina church.
