* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Larry Carity
Larry J. Carity, 61, 9477 state Route 119, Anna, died at 12:15 a.m. Dec. 5, 2007, at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Sidney. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born May 22, 1946, in Sidney, to Lawrence and Edna Schneider Carity, who are deceased. On Aug. 30, 1969, he married Carol Ann Thaman, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Michael (Bonnie), Anna, and Brent (Marie), Minster; a daughter, Ashley, at home; three brothers, Bob (Gayla), Maple Grove, Minn., Dan (Deb), Tipp City, and Terry, Dayton; a sister, Barbara (Darrell) Strunk, Sidney; and two grandchildren.
Deceased is an infant brother, Lawrence Joseph.
He was a machinist at Leroi/Dresser Corp., Sidney. A U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War, he was a member and past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus, McCartyville, and a member of the American Legion, Anna, and the Lake Loramie Improvement Association. He also was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, McCartyville.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Patrick Welsh officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the church's building fund or the Lake Loramie Improvement Association.
Arrangements are being handled by Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
