* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Louary Trogdlon
Louary Trogdlon, 87, 327 Cherry St., St. Marys, died at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 13, 2007, at St. Marys Living Center.
She was born June 23, 1920, in Wayne, W.Va., to Jeff and Pearl Gillam LeMaster. On March 1, 1939, she married Lafe Trogdlon, who died July 4, 1969.
Surviving are four sons, Raymond, James (Rhoda) Sr. and Sam (Connie), all of St. Marys, and Glenn (Jan), Spencerville; two daughters, Willa Skeens and Nancy (Dale) Salisbury, all of St. Marys; 16 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, four step grandchildren and 11 stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Wayne LeMaster; a half sister, Georgeann LeMaster; a son-in-law, Ronald Skeens; and two grandchildren.
She was a homemaker and had formerly worked at the St. Marys Cotton Mill. She also was a caterer and cook at Wayne Restaurant in West Virginia. She was a member of First Church of God, St. Marys, and former member of Old Regular Baptist faith. She also was a member of American Legion Post 323 Auxiliary.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Charles Richtmyer officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
