The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Lewis Clune
Lewis B. Clune, 76, 421 W. Columbus St., St. Henry, died at 3:40 a.m. Jan. 15, 2008, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 24, 1931, in Toledo to Alex and Eleanor Neargarder Clune. On Sept. 23, 1953, he married Vivian Bergman, who survives.
Other survivors are six sons, Gary (Bev), Ron (Jeri), Kevin (Karla), Alan (Ann) and Neal (Diane), all of St. Henry, and Brian (Karen), Maria Stein; two daughters, Karen (Joe) Thobe and Brenda (Rick) Evers, all of Maria Stein; two sisters, Rosie (Vic) Moeder, St. Henry, and Donna (Don) Bowerman, Minster; a sister-in-law, Jane Clune, Coldwater; 16 grandchildren, three stepgrandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a stepgreat-grandchild.
Deceased are a brother, Paul; and a sister, Anna Mae.
He retired from the former Avco New Idea plant in Coldwater. He was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church and the American Legion, St. Henry, where he served as past commander, and was a U.S. Air Force veteran, serving in the Korean Conflict.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Larry Wyen officiating. Burial with military rites is at St. Henry Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
