Fog will reduce visibilities this morning. Conditions will vary from location to location with locally dense fog in spots. Motorists should prepare for rapid changes in visibility and allow extra time to reach your intended destination. The fog is expected to improve by mid morning.

Phil Kitson helps his wife, Mary, during therapy at the Center for Neurological Development in Burkettsville. Mary, a former volunteer with the Mercer County Sheriff's Department, suffered an aneurysm two years ago and hopes to one day be able to volunteer again.
