* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Kathleen Mascaro
Celina native, Kathleen L. Mascaro, 64, of South Nyack, N.Y., died at her home at 5 a.m. Feb. 4, 2008. Death was due to cancer.
She was born Nov. 29, 1943, in Celina, to Frederick and Dorothy Sunderman Luedeke. Her father is deceased. Her mother survives in New Bremen. On Oct. 5, 1968, she married Augustine J. Mascaro Jr. who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Stephen (Debbie), Salt Lake City, Utah and Daniel of Katterback, Germany; two daughters, Anita (Jim) Partin, Boonton, N.J. and Melissa (Bradley) Hickey, Nyack, N.Y.; two brothers, Jonathan (Twyla) Luedeke, Columbus, and James D. Luedeke (Kathleen), New Bremen; one sister, Suzanne (Rudy) Broyles, Naperville, Ill.; and three grandchildren.
She worked as a registered nurse for 20 years at Nyack Hospital and was a member of the Neighborhood Alliance Church in Pearl River, N.Y., where she was the organist and led bible studies for women and children. She also volunteered as a counselor at the Crisis Pregnancy Center in Spring Valley, N.Y. She graduated from New Bremen High School in 1961 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Taylor University and Miami Valley School of Nursing in 1965.
A memorial service will be held at Faith Alliance Church, New Bremen, at 11:30 a.m. Feb 18. Burial will follow at Willow Grove Cemetery, New Bremen.
Contributions can be made to the Kathleen L. Mascaro Memorial Nursing Scholarship Fund, Nyack.
