Victor Fledderjohann
Victor Frederick Fledderjohann, 87, 10876 state Route 66, St. Marys, died at 5:45 a.m. Feb. 11, 2008, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Jan. 12, 1921, in rural New Knoxville, to Frederick A. and Clara Henkener Fledderjohann. His stepmother, Emma Lageman, also is deceased. On May 4, 1950, he married Helen Schrolucke, who died June 29, 2001.
Survivors are three sons, Craig (Karen), Neal (Cindy) and Ned (Bonnie), all of St. Marys; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Edward; and a sister and her husband, Viola and Richard Bushman.
He was a dairy farmer and member of First United Church of Christ in New Knoxville, where he served as an elder, trustee, deacon and Sunday School superintendent. He was an appraiser and officer for The German Farmers Insurance Co., a member of the board of directors for Auglaize Landmark and an Auglaize County Farm Bureau member. He graduated from New Knoxville High School in 1939.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. David Williams officiating. Burial is at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday in the church's heritage room.

Arrangements are being handled by Vornholt-Miller Funeral Home in New Knoxville.
