* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Francis McCloskey
Francis L. McCloskey, 85, 5300 Bayview Drive, Celina, died Feb. 17, 2008, at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community.
She was born Jan. 15, 1923, in Middletown to John and Eva Schmidt Blankenship. In 1957, she married John McCloskey, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Gary (Sandra) Elkin, Chillicothe; a daughter-in-law, Amee Woodard, Germantown; a brother, John Blankenship, Montezuma; a brother-in-law, Bob Hoffman, Montezuma; two sisters, Mabel Hart and Glaydis Stanfield, both of Montezuma; 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and six stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sons, Thomas Elkin and Terry McCloskey; a daughter, Sharon Sue Elkin; three brothers, Paul, Herman and Robert Blankenship; and six sisters, Katherin Lake, Edna Phelbs, Phobe Razor, Mildred Jackson, Mary Bryant and Charolette Edwards.
She worked for Inland Manufacturing (General Motors) and was a member of Montezuma United Methodist Church.
Services are at noon Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater, the Rev. Bruce Crane officiating. Burial is at Germantown Union Cemetery.
Calling is 10 a.m.-noon Thursday at the funeral home.
