* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Herbert Evers
Herbert H. Evers, 95, 1929 Fleetfoot Road, St. Henry, died at 1:35 p.m. March 2, 2008, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born June 7, 1912, in Wendelin, to Clement and Theresa Lange Evers. On May 28, 1935, he married Esther Knapke, who died May 7, 1994.
Survivors are three sons, Robert (Carol), Dayton, Ted and Dennis (Carol), both of Coldwater; a daughter, Patricia (John) Kittle, St. Henry; three brothers, Edward (Rita), Burkettsville, Gregor (Marian), and Clem, all of St. Henry; a sister, Alfreida (Sylvan) Siegrist; four sisters-in-law, Anna Evers and Irene Evers, both of St. Henry, Esther Wuebker, Fort Recovery, and Rita Evers, Greenville, 16 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son-in-law, Don Seger; five brothers, Harold, Walter, Clarence, Henry and Florence; and two grandchildren.
He retired from farming and was a member of the St. Henry Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus, St. Henry.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Larry Wyen officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.  
Calling is 2-8 p.m. today and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
