* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Riley Grace McEldowney-Monnier
Riley Grace McEldowney-Monnier, the daughter of Alexander Monnier and Lindsay McEldowney of Bellbrook, was stillborn March 1, 2008, at Southview Medical Center, Dayton.
Surviving with her parents are her grandparents, Jerry Jr. and Peggy McEldowney, Wapakoneta, and Carol Monnier, Minster. great-grandparents, Jerry McEldowney Sr., and Vernon and Meredith Luedeke, all of St. Marys; Mark and Joan Wenning, St. Henry, and Rosella Monnier, Fort Loramie; and a step-grandfather, Tom Detwiler, Minster.
Deceased is a grandparent, Dale Monnier.
Private family services are being held today. Burial is at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys, Deacon John Schmiesing officiating.
Arrangements are being handled by Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
