* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Frances Matthieu
Frances L. Matthieu, 84, of 00616 Willie's Way, St. Marys, formerly of Versailles, died at 6:45 a.m. March 5, 2008, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born Dec. 21, 1923, in Sidney, to Howard and Annabelle Gates Hamilton. On April 2, 1941, she married Edson Matthieu Sr., who died March 11, 1996.
Survivors are three sons, Edson Jr. (Sondra), West Milton, Jim (Betty), Lima, and John, St. Marys; a sister, Kate Deal, Sidney; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was a homemaker.
Services are 2 p.m. Friday at the Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is noon until time of services Friday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
